How do you despatch my goalkeeper gloves?

 This offer is subject to stock levels as detailed below.

All items shipped within the UK are sent by Royal Mail First Class delivery within 24 hours of receipt of order. Orders received before 1300 hours are posted the same working day.  WarbyGK can accept no liability for any costs incurred due to delay or loss of post by the Royal Mail. Any claims for missing items cannot be entertained until 15 working days after order due to Royal Mail terms and conditions. If the customer wishes for Recorded or Special Delivery then please contact WarbyGK for prices.

In the unlikely event that an item is no longer in stock, WarbyGK will advise as to the expectancy of new stock.  In this instance that customer is entitled to the option of a full refund.

WarbyGK ship worldwide via the relevant shop icon, all costs are calculated according to the destination country.

What is the policy for returning goods?

Items purchased from WarbyGK may be returned in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of purchase. Postage for returns as a result of an unwanted item will be paid for by the customer. Items returned due to a fault of the manufacturer (WarbyGK) will have the replacement item posted free of charge to the customer and return postage reimbursed upon confirmation of a manufacturer fault. All products returned due to fault will first be passed through our quality control department prior to any action being sanctioned.

What happens if my product doesn't fit me?

  At WarbyGK, we offer a quick and efficient returns service. We do not refund for a product which has been ordered in the wrong size, apart from in the unlikely circumstance when the item is faulty. 

We ask you to return the item that is the incorrect size, to the address as stated on our Contact Us page. With the item, you must enclose the size that you would like to swap the item for, along with your return address, and contact telephone number, and £3.50 per return to cover our costs for return P+P.

The colouring seems a little different?

WarbyGK have made every effort to ensure that a true representation of products are illustrated. WarbyGK accepts no liability of discrepancies of colour in comparison to the actual product.

Why is the palm latex is starting to wear?

Due to the nature the material, latex may start to deteriorate even after the first couple of uses.  This in no way affects the performance of the gloves, which will continue to offer excellent grip right up until they are completely worn through. WarbyGK cannot accept any liability for fair wear and tear of the product.

I'm not satisfied, how do I complain?

All Complaints by email or post will be acknowledged, with every effort made to provide a resolution within 48 hours.
