Finger and Thumb Protection

Giga Grip Latex

This is the Rolls Royce of the Latex world, Giga Grip offers amazing performance due to it's naturally soft properties. Giga Grip is a consistent performer in all weathers and when kept damp is a true outstanding latex with even the hardest of shots. WarbyGK have developed their Giga Grip based on feedback from the professional goalkeepers who trialled the gloves with the consensus that there isn't a better latex available that performs as well and as consistently. Mega Grip Latex

WarbyGK trialled Mega Grip alongside a whole host of other latex palms during the development stage, and Mega Grip nearly outperformed all it's competitors. Slightly harder properties than it's Giga Grip big brother, the Mega Grip latex offers consistent performance when kept damp and is a fantastic addition to the WarbyGK range.

Adesivo Palm

The Adesivo palm has been injected with chemicals to provide an enhanced grip via a tacky surface, this makes a tricky catch a whole lot more secure. The Adesivo comes with a protective film which requires removal before use.

Interna Latex

After receiving feedback WarbyGK have introduced their Interna latex, a 1mm lining of flat internal latex which reduces hand slippage when catching. Once warmed to body temperature the Interna latex comes into it's own and aids both the catching mechanics and also cushions the catching impact further.

Full Wrap Thumb

The majority of WarbyGK gloves feature a full wrap thumb. This feature helps to increase the fit and comfort of the wearer and also offers extra latex to assist with the basics of goalkeeping - making saves!

Roll Finger Cut

The preferred cut of the majority of professional goalkeepers. This cut is favoured because it offers 100% latex in contact with the ball at all times affording greater confidence when catching.

Negative Cut Fingers

Popular on the continent, WarbyGK received many request to include an NC glove in their range. This glove offers a tighter fit due to the internal stitching and WarbyGK's cut also uses latex gussets to allow for more security when catching the ball.

The surround cut is when the palm latex is wrapped around to form part or all of the backhand. This gives a greater area for contact with the ball and increased comfort.

Warby Punch Zone

WarbyGK have devised a system which aids the punched clearance from the goalkeeper. It is designed to provide a stable platform across the knuckles which also provides a visual aid for contact.

Extended Palm

The palm latex has been extended to cover the wrist closure. This provides vital extra grip for the goalkeeping fundamentals such as catching and throwing.

Double Velcro

Each of the Portiere range features two patches of velcro for secure wrist closure to provide a better fit.

Half Wrap Thumb

The Half Wrap Thumb is designed to provide extra latex over the thumb to support the techniques of making a more secure catch.

Embossed Palm

WarbyGK have designed an anatomically embossed palm which aids the goalkeepers natural hand movements. This system allows the glove to flex in the right places increasing the speed of reaction to the ball.
