How to get a goalkeeper glove sponsorship

A brief change from the norm this week, as Thursdays Blog is being written on Wednesday evening, as if you’re reading this at your normal time on Thursday then I’ll probably be off up the A1 on my way to Sheffield! I’ve got to be there early doors so, rather unusually for me, I’ll not even be opening the Office ready for the others – instead I’ll let them figure out the alarm and hope that I don’t get the "You’re alarm is going off Sir” telephone call that usually happens when I’m on Holiday!

Back onto the real business of Goalkeeper Gloves…several of you will no doubt be delighted to learn that the Size 10 Optimum Pro Giga Negativo are back in stock, after the little manufacturing hiccup previously (Roll Fingers received rather than Negative Cuts!).  

 

We are now up and running for stock once more, although Stewart at SMINE Products in Australia is doing his best to dent the numbers in our Store Room with his regular large orders – suffice to say that if you need Goalkeeper Gloves in the Southern Hemisphere then Stewart is the man you need to get in touch with!

And to end on the subject of sponsorship, I received an amusing email on Tuesday from a 16 year old lad who "bought the Optimum Pro Guardian Gigas’s in early January” and "Loved them”, suffice to say he went on to ask for some free gloves in a sponsorship deal…all was well until I pointed out that we didn’t release the Optimum Pro Guardian’s until January 26^th. I didn’t hear back from him for some reason after that…….
